About Us

M & M Specialty Caulking is the husband and wife team of Barry and Melody Monda.

Barry's experience began 40 years ago working for a now worldwide leader in the caulking and waterproofing industry, ABG Caulking and Waterproofing. Through working with this giant among caulkers, Barry gained valuable experience on a wide variety of jobs such as: hospitals, schools, malls, condominiums, restaurants, retail, both new construction and restoration.

 

This wealth of experience Barry brings into his own company demonstrated by repeat customers that require quality work FAST. If you have a high visibility job, our clients have included high-end shops such as Max Mara, Oscar De La Renta, Burberry and Williams-Sonoma.

 

Melody's experience began 30 years ago as well but in the aviation industry of which she spent nearly 20 years. Her technical knowledge of plans, quality assurance and documentation compliment her husband’s vast construction industry experience to where together by the grace of God, they have a business well-equipped to service your caulking and waterproofing needs.

 

In their spare time, Barry & Melody are heavily involved with their church and serve as youth pastors for the ministry.
